Fire Cam is open Mon. - Fri. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST. Fire Cam employees are full time firefighters so we may not be able to answer the phone. You can leave a message, or you will receive faster service, usually immediately or within 12 hrs if you email us below for any questions with your contact information.
We are dedicated to making all of our customers satisfied with all transactions. Any defective units are covered under warranty and will be immediately exchanged for a new one.
